the studio is up a driveway next to 174 Perry Vale (Perry Dry Cleaners) which runs under the upper stories of the shop.There is a sign above the driveway saying “A Kind Of Hush”.The driveway runs 50 feet up a slight incline and then bends left.The studio is the only building behind the shops.The second door you come to is access to the programming rooms and 20 feet further on is the door to the recording studio.

The vehicle access on the driveway is 9ft. width and 9ft. height. There is now improved turning space up by the studio enabling long wheel base transits etc, to turn and leave forwards. A large wheeled trolley is available to bring equipment up the drive from vans left on the road.

There are four parking spaces directly in front of the studio. Parking on all local roads is unrestricted and readily available.
